By creating an account or using the game, you are contracting with Alfredo Zavala, and you agree to these terms by continuing to use the service. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to use the game.
Monkey Mayhem is a browser-based cartoon first-person shooter with bot matches and online multiplayer. Players can earn or purchase "bananas", a virtual currency used to unlock cosmetic items such as fur colors, accessories, and gun skins. Bananas and cosmetics have no real-world monetary value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the game for personal entertainment. You may not reverse engineer the game, resell or redistribute it, or circumvent technical limits.
You must keep your account credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account. Usernames must be unique and must not be offensive, misleading, or impersonate others. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You must not misuse the service. This includes, without limitation:
We retain all ownership of the game and its intellectual property, including the software, artwork, monkey characters, maps, sounds, documentation, and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). Prices are shown in the shop before purchase. The New Player Deal can be purchased once per account and is only offered during the first 7 days after sign-up. VIP is a one-time purchase per account that adds 500 bananas at purchase and 500 more every 30 days while the account exists.
The game is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law. Online matches depend on your connection and other players, and features may change over time.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the game for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, cheating, or repeated or serious violations of our acceptable use rules. When access ends, your virtual currency and cosmetic items may be forfeited and your account data may be deleted after a reasonable period.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill), and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not responsible for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the game after an update means you accept the new terms.
